Hacker Valley Alliance

an alliance of player groups all located in the hacker valleys of rust.
rules.
1.no hacks. despite the name of the valley we are a nonhacking group and we work very hard to stay that way.
2. no wood bases. we are working on fazing out all wood bases in the valley in an atempt to reduce temptation from raiders and to sure up our defenses.
3.Check with other members before shooting. we are KoS in the valley for nonmembers unless they get the ok from the leadership to be there but please double check with those online to make sure your not about to shoot a fellow member.
4.friend list all members. this helps with rule 3.
5.don't advertise who your with. if your off making an ass or killing other players (which is ok) just don't advertise that your with us so we don't end up being targeted by a vengful ass hat.
6.Deal with issues at the lowest lvl possible. know your commander and bring problems to them first. loon may be the leader but his job is more cordination between groups its up to the group leaders to deal with their groups issues before having to bring it to loon's attention.
7.Help members with all projects that you can. everyone has projects going on and we provide material/logistical/manpower support when we can and we expect the same in return.
8. no major raids without consent of the alliance. small raids on shacks or any wood base that shows up in the valley is fine but if your targeting someone outside the valley area the alliance has to check through diplomatic channels to make sure we don't start a war with an ally.
