RLR tries to put fun first, realism second. We want to be a community that enjoys themselves, we do not use military courtesies or ranks. Life always comes first, games can wait if need be, you will never be punished for missing missions and will have the chance to catch up on what happened, however we do expect at least a days’ notice if you can't make it.
