Starting out as a Republic a quickly ened around 510 B.C and the First emperor of Rome named Augutus led rome to its glorious victories and quickly started losing land to barbarian hords and around 405 A.D spilt into 2 empires called the The Western Roman Empire and The Eastern Roman Empire. Around 530 A.D The Western Roman Empire finally fell to barbarians and in the eastern roman empire it was living but it too quickly started losing land and around the 10th century became known as the Byzantine Empire feeling that it was the remance of the Roman Empire and finally fell around 1453 A.D to the ottoman Empire and finally ending a 2000 year old Empire
