Elite-class Bodyguards

This article provides useful protective strategies for Call of Duty Black Ops Zombies mode to better protect and safeguard the VIP.

1.) Don't trade your pistol
This is the most basic yet powerful handgun/weapon available to a bodyguard to protect the VIP. It is a simple tool that farms the most points (10 pts. per hit) of each zombie. When upgraded, it becomes Sally and Mustang (2 grenade pistol launchers) that can kill zombies very easily.

Sidenote: Let the VIP trade his pistol for another weapon :D if he does, revive him in order to protect him.

2.) Get one of the weapons from the recommended weapons list in the site
You can protect the VIP more efficiently by acquiring these weapons and putting them to good use. Just don't let the VIP get Thundergun (since its too heavy for his back) and Winter's howl (since he will have frostbite)

3.) Let other fellow bodyguards upgrade their arsenal
One fully pumped bodyguard doesnt make a difference. You will need the firepower of other bodyguards in order to survive. Give em a chance at the box and let them get perks in order to provide better protection to the boss

4.) Make sure your bodyguard team is set up like this:
-Thundergunner/Winterhowl gunner -> to kill mass zombies
-Crossbowman (Upgrade to Awful Laughton) -> to attract zombies like monkey bomb

Optional (but better for efficiency)
-Sally and mustang (for support artillery) *Caution: Splash Damage*
-Shotgunner (Papped spas/hs10) -> provide extra cover

5.) Get olympia early in the game
Its the most effective weapon to kill zombies fast (especially mass zombies) if you are surrounded in order to survive. You can upgrade this to hades if you could not get any of the recommended weapons sooner from the box in order to survive much longer.

6.) Five map: Switch to crappy weapon if thief/scientist comes in
Once the power is on, the thief/scientist will come in at certain rounds. Switch to crappy weapon first in order to have a better weapon to kill him and get your stolen weapon(s) back.

7.) Kino der toten map: Stick together if dog round
Firepower is needed to overcome mass/spam dogs (especially early in the game). If scattered, regroup immediately

8.) Stick together as a group
Firepower is needed to overcome mass zombies. If one bodyguard needs pap/box/perks, all must move and provide cover to each other. Simply going alone to get these will most likely end you up dying :(

9.) Dont get powerups too early in the game or when not needed
Powerups appear more later in the game if saved earlier and can be very useful instead of just getting it earlier (especially in dire situations)

10.) Don't move when you are being revived
This is because it will be harder for you to be revived, the game doesnt lock-on to you permanently once the revive starts.

11.) Use an alternative method to fire your gun (aside from the mouse)
If in cases you get tired of pressing the left mouse button or the mouse may get haywired because of too much pressure, use another method such as using autohotkey, bind a keyboard shortcut or Q macro/other software to fire.

12.) "Protect" the VIP (rokosauros)!
The most important goal of all! :D Do what you can to protect the VIP. He gives us his infinite supply of ammo, our salary worth $3k every month and many more riches you can hope for! :D

Five Strategy
A - If less than 4 players
Camp at table and farm points with pistol

B - If with 4 players
Go to mid-floor and use pistol to farm points. 1 person at each door, don't let zombies break in. Position yourselves slightly away from the window such that you can repair it while farming points/don't hug the window.

Kino der toten Strategy
A - Camp at Jug to farm points

B - Camp at north western room, leave the the door unopened/lock in order to divert/concentrate the flow of zombies into the front. If 4 players, have other 2 block the 2 windows, 1 at the stairs and 1 near the window to hit from above.
