We make games and Story Machine, a 2D game engine for narrative games

Founded in 2011, Robot Invader is a video game studio and technology company focused on changing the way games are made. Our team has produced ten commercial titles for mobile, PC, VR, and console, which have reached tens of millions of people worldwide. In 2021 we expanded our mission to include the development of Story Machine, a drag-and-drop development environment designed to dramatically lower the cost of cross-platform development of games and interactive media. We are passionate about building games that refuse to compromise on quality, and making it easy for others to do the same.
