There's an occupy server that gets 20ish or more people playing and they sometimes do push maps on request when they have the people but other than that I think she dead boys.

A miracle happened for me during the afternoon today. Nearly all the screen stuttering disappeared with no update, it just happened mid game. The rendering is much smoother and feels great to play. I still get little stutters as the same conditions as last time: when I see someone and we fire at each other and lots of effects on screen. So strange the gameplay just suddenly smoothed out and I have no idea how it happened.

The recent Insurgency SS update has made the game playable. The reason I say that is because that I am now able to use semi auto effectively and efficiently, without the game chopping up my inputs via lag. Some stutters do occur, but the game is largely playable. I am using an Nvidia GTX 680; getting 90 - 69 fps on low graphical settings until stutters occur. Some optimisation is still needed, but the Insurgency gameplay is finally here.

That update log looked like proper work by NWI and is well worth the huge update download.

I feel that my internet is going to take ages to go back to normal. Back to the dark ages; well to the library with usable net browsing.
