President Bell has commanded that I issue an ultimatum to America to the north, which I have. The document is readable below.

"We demand that you secede the states of South Carolina, Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Virginia, Arkansas, North Carolina, and Tennessee to the Republic of Texas, led by President Peter Hansborough Bell, and lay down your weapons. If you decline this, we will wage war upon you.
