Help remove crits on FPSC

Shaq, those weapons are based around getting their crits, they are counter-balanced with the normal weapons, phlog pyros can't airblast, so a soldier can easily destroy them, soda-popper scouts have 2 bullets, so even though they get crits, half their crit time they'll probably be reloading the soda-popper.
