We don't even compete lol

We're a friend group that plays L4D2 together. You have to earn your way into this group. (Basically, PM Jake if you want to join, and we'll setup a skype call/discord chat. You'll play through a campaign with 2-3 of our group members, and if we like you enough we will consider you.)

Trialee Requirements:
To make joining the group as painless as possible (or in some cases, very painful), there is a list of requirements that must be fulfilled in order to be considered for the group. Every person must complete all of the following requirements in order to trial for the group*:

1. Skype (we may move to Discord eventually)

2. A preferred method of communicating in the skype call (headphones would be nice :3 ).

3. Must be at least 15 years old.

4. Must have L4D2 (duh lol).

5. You gotta not be a complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

NOTE: More requirements may be added in the future!
* Exceptions can be made for some of the requirements under specific circumstances.

How Trials Work:
I (Jake) will personally add you on skype and add you to the Real Professionals Skype Group. I will call you when we are playing L4D2 (though we like to call even when we're not playing) and you will play a few campaigns with us. After each campaign, we will (hopefully) switch up the group members that are playing with you so that every member gets a chance to meet you and make a fair judgment. After we finish the campaigns, the group members will take a vote, and if the majority of group members give you a positive vote, then you are accepted into the group! Note that re-evaluations may be done in secret at any time during your membership.

When Group Members Are Inactive During A Trial Period:
If a trialee of the group has been on trial for at least one week or more because of the absence of group members, then if the majority of the group members that have been active in the last week have given a positive vote to the trialee, then he/she is accepted into the group. Re-evaluations may be done once the absent group members come back (The trialee will be notified of this re-evaluation).

If A Trialee Is Inactive During The Trial Period:
If a trialee is inactive for 5 days during their trial period, he/she will be removed from the trialee list and kicked from the Skype group. The trialee must then wait at least two more weeks before re-applying to trial again (Please, do NOT beg to re-apply to trial again if this happens to you. It will only further delay your re-trialing the more you do it. It could possibly get delayed indefinitely). Now if the trialee has a reason to be inactive, please let Jake or another group member know. There will be no penalty for excused inactivity.
