Someone hosts a room within Civilization's multiplayer feature and we all join to end up playing a game of civ like we were the leaders of the nations. As if we were in control of how this nation would become a presence in this fictional realistic world. We are roleplaying the nation to make it what we want it to be. Changing history to what America could be from what it actually was and is, for example. All with power of our imagination.
