3: Entering with more gives you a bigger chance of winning big though of course

[Note 2] - If your a winner, and youve changed your name since you brought the ticket, i will not give you the prize, unless you can prove via your steam page in recent activity that you changed your name from whatever to whatever.

[Note 4] - Yes i will refund your ticket if you need, but i will ask for a decent reason, for example if you bet money on a horse, you cant claim that money back, and for that reason i consider people asking for refunds without a good reason quite rude.
