This group acts as a player whitelist for the R890 Highlander PUG server. If you are not inside this Official Steam Group, you will not be able to participate in future R890 Highlander PUGs.

R890 Gaming Network's Last Day!

Hey guys,

As much as we would all love for the network to be up and running again, factors such as the constant DDOS and the TF2 player database shifting towards other games, it is just not really possible to achieve that goal. Hate to be a pessimist, but from the statistics this month, it is just not looking that way. So today is R890 Gaming Network's last day. Unfortunately it is near Christmas time, but it was something that needed to be done a long time ago. It really does sadden me to finally put her to sleep, but like I have previously stated, things just aren't working out.

A big thank you to everyone who has supported the server throughout the 1.5 years the R890 Gaming Network has been running, and a big thank you to the moderators who have helped to expand and manage the best community around.

This does not mark the end of me, just the end of the network. If you see me in any of the TF2 or CS:GO servers still existing, feel free to say hi and ask me some questions! I will be glad to do so.

As for the Steam groups, they will remain as a reminder of what was an awesome community.

WARNING: Abandoning Live PUGs Will Result in a Penalty!

===ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS OF THE R890 HL PUG GROUP!===

Starting August 18, 2014, any and all players who abandon a LIVE PUG without getting a substitute will be KICKED FROM THE STEAM GROUP once the player has abandoned a total of 3 PUGs. Server moderators will be taking note of any players who decide to spoil a PUG.

FAQ:
Q1: Can I report players who abandon a LIVE PUG to an admin/moderator if they are not present in the server?
A1: Of course. We actually encourage it so that we can keep a record.

Q2: If I get kicked from the Steam group, am I allowed to re-apply?
A2: You can re-apply immediately, but the application form will not be accepted until 1 week has passed from the kick date.

Q3: How will I know if I am kicked from the Steam group?
A3: A notification will be sent to you via the notification center, and you will not be able to access the R890 HL PUG server.

Hi, I know that the "events" can be created by everyone, but please stop spamming it. It is really irritating. Even the Mods don't spam it much.

Hey rubik,i have been invited to join this group by the admin called winrawr.exe but when i try to join the server,it says i'm still not whitelisted.Please advise,Thanks.
