We are a Persistent World Faction, which is part of a mod for Mount and Blade Warband. We are associated with the North and South Mod and the 8th Virginia Regiment and we are exclusive to members of said clan/regiment. Our intent is to provide a friendly, and healthy environment where all members can enjoy a fun and fulfilling experience. To achieve this we do not accept racism, slurs, homophobia, sexism, or any forms of discrimination (including agism). Any member who would like to report another member for committing one of these acts must bring it up with a group admin (8th VA admins don't count). If a member is found to be in violation of our rules twice, he/she will be kicked from the group. This means you essentially have one warning. Our aim is historical accuracy to the time period of the high middle ages, and to create an enjoyable and safe environment for all our members.

Ranks are assigned based on ability and time in service. In order to progress passed the rank of lancepesade (equivalent to a lcpl and a veteran soldier), one must own a mic, show up to events regularly, be respectful of all members and avoid inappropriate chat both in faction and in global, and show themselves to be capable of leadership. The leader of each squad is a Corporale, and Serjeant's are staff officers who assist in discipline throughout the ranks as well as field logistics. Extra ranks will be used for civilian careers, and there will be 3 different classes with their own rank systems, infantry, cavalry and archers. If one climbs the highest echelons one can be knighted and made a lower noble, thus able to exercise control over the entire army when high command is away as well as role playing a noble (don't let it go to your head though)
