Likes: Being looked up to as a “big brother” and hanging out with his girlfriend Holly the Cat, and ruffling Evan’s feathers just for the fun of it and his Uncle Eddy.

Dislikes: Fire the Hedgehog and Dr. Qwerty

Rival: Prince Evan Sinclair

Bio: He knew Holly for a long time. During a scuffle with his hated enemy Fire the Hedgehog, he heard a cry for help and he saved a teal looking hedgehog named Turbo. When Turbo asked if he could stay with him Jeff agreed. He doesn’t like Dr Qwerty because of what he did to his uncle by turning into a robot. He knows that Turbo looks up to him and he tries not to set a bad example for him. He loves to hang out with his girlfriend Holly. He would lay down his life to save her and/or Turbo if the situation arises. Even Evan knows this the only reason why Jeff is second in command is he is not as tactical as Evan is when encaged in battle but he is still trusted by Evan even though he ruffles his feathers from time to time.
His uncle lives at Qwerty City as a spy of the Tree Hill Freedom Fighters. This pains him greatly but he gets through the days with his friends.
