Class Distributons:

(Spy, Sniper, Heavy, Engineer are allowed in PUGs but are not common)

Soldiers (Solly) x2
- Roaming (assault type)
- Pocket (defend medic)
- Buff Banner banned in PUGs

Scouts x2
- Sandman banned in PUGs

Demoman x1
- All unlocks allowed

Medic x1
- All unlocks allowed

PUG Basics:

6vs6
Every game contains only 12 players, players who need to leave a PUG in mid must call a sub from spectators or from Steam.

Captains
PUG can be started by 2 captains playing as scout in the mid. Rules:
- No med kit
- Melee only
- Winner picks first
- After both teams have 6 players, start
- Captains can appoint classes to players under their team, and players must obey the captains' orders

Scramble
PUG can also be started via scrambling. 12 players join the teams and the server will auto scramble the 12 players.

Plan before Ready
Before your team ready up via the tourney interface, make sure your class distribution is organised and everyone is not afk.

5:0 Wins
- Whoever scores 5 points first wins in a CP map (cp_granary, cp_badlands etc.)
- Payload maps are rarely played (actually never) in PUGs (pl_badwater, pl_goldrush etc.)
- cp_gravelpit requires a timer plugin to play. Whoever wins the map with a fast time record wins the PUG

Time Limit
Every PUG has a time limit of 30 minutes, except payloads and defense maps (cp_gravelpit, cp_dustbowl)
