How we started -

PremiumDedicatedServers is a dedicated server provider headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Since 2009, we have provided big and small businesses, as well as consumers around the world with premium-class dedicated servers. Our infrastructure serves approximately 50,000 people whether they are customers, employees of a company using the server, or gamers in the finest datacenters found in the United States.

To everyone's surprise, our company is comprised of a team of 15 employees who all assist in the creation and development of our business culture. We're always online (24x7x365.25) with a United States-based staff serving customers in over 15 countries. We provide customer support anytime, anywhere.

Our Network - the power behind us

Chicago Network - Continuum is a 21,000 square foot data center that’s secure, reliable, protected and right in the Midwest. The Data center has been engineered for Operational Sustainability with redundant power and cooling components to deliver a 99.999% uptime. Continuum runs their own premium blended network with multiple providers including Internap (Tiscali, UUNET, Savvis, XO, Cogent, ATT, Global Crossing, Sprint) and Hurricane Electric. The data center uses AboveNet’s high-bandwidth fiber transport to 350 E. Cermak, one of the world’s largest carrier hotels. From Continuum’s point of presence at 350 E. Cermak, you have access to any major carrier of your choice.
