You'll need to patch your game to ver 1.50 first though: http://www16.big.or.jp/~zun/data/soft/th09_ver150a.lzh

Or you could download an already patched version here: http://garash.org/data/touhou/Touhou_09_-_Phantasmagoria_of_Flower_View_[English_Patched_Everything_Unlocked_Includes_Adonis].rar
(And read the .txt included with it)

With both options, you'll still need to set th09.exe and adonis.exe in windows 98 / ME compatibility mode.
And don't alt+tab while in fullscreen mode or your netplay game will crash.

It would be nice, but I'm using this group to see who would be in for a tourney, not for who's interested to play, having people that woudn't want to play one game in this group would get confusing.

Also, IaMP has netplay support? heh, didn't knew that.
