To elaborate, and expand upon my earlier announcement, I'm going to list a few general outlines I'd like everyone to follow.

1. No raging:
Regardless of what happens, raging is only going to bring down team morale, take focus away from improvement and frustrate everyone.

2. Resolve:
Instead of raging, try to assess why something went wrong, ask a teammate for insights, and think of what can be done differently next time. Co-ordinate with the team, make sure problematic issues are known to everyone.

3. Communication:
Keep comms simple, provide only the bare essentials in terms of information. Things like "Nice shot", "Good job" are fine, but try to keep things like "Wow, did you see that airshot?" to yourself as they will only distract and are of no use to anyone.

4. Criticism:
As far as possible, keep criticism for post-game discussions. If criticism must be given in-game, keep it simple, useful and avoid anything resembling an insult or personal attack.
Instead of "Stop running into 4 people and suiciding!", try something like "Maybe wait for the roamer to jump their combo before ambushing next time."

5. Advantage/Disadvantages and Pushing/Holding:
Always keep uber, player, spawn, cap point, positioning and health advantage in mind when making any decisions. Don't go and die pointlessly just as we're about to push with uber, or go off to back-cap when your presence at last will help gain player/uber advantage.

6. Duels:
DO NOT go looking for 1v1 duels for absolutely no reason whatsoever. If you're picking duels and losing over and over, STOP PICKING DUELS and attack with the teammate you're supposed to be assisting.
Even if you are having a particularly good day, and are winning duels that are possibly required or will help to push/hold, it's no excuse to overextend or let teammates die. If you see a roamer attacking the combo after there's been a "Heavy damage on enemy combo" call from the demo, don't go off and pick a 1v1 scout duel while the enemy med gets away.

Despite having written all of the points above, I myself will need to be reminded of them from time to time, so feel free to tell me when I should take my own advice.
