As an IT specialist myself, I am excited to play this game. I'm wondering if you're planning on expanding the Network side of things. I see that you have patch panels, switches and routers, but what about terminating keystones and RJ45's with the A or B configuration, making crossover cables, utilizing wifi connections and toning/tracing cables and laying cable runs? That would add a huge amount of fun to the game and I'm even thinking of adding this to my training scheme for when I hire new junior specialists, if they can get passed the first few days of gameplay without too many hiccups, I think this could work as a training medium with great promise. I love this idea!

Hey Guys just an idea have a zendesk style ticketing system and also allow players to add notes as well as have other notes for problems that come up to make it more realistic and easier for newbies. They can just refer to older tickets and see the steps for common problems.
