One of the things many of us wanted on the EA UK Forum for Battlefield 3 and beyond was for the individual maps to be linked together on a Campaign map. Heroes and Generals (H&G) has a grand campaign map where the game matches have an impact on the outcome of the war between three factions. The link I sent previously makes a recommendation to integrate leadership positions similar to the Commander position in Battlefield 2 (BF2).
