Generally speaking, that's my goal for the future of this group. If we can have an effect on the CS 1.6 community and the members of this group can begin forming teams, we can start having mini-tournaments or a bracket-style mini-league similarly to CAL/CEVO/ESEA. Many of the members in this group have played with/against one another occasionally, so perhaps they can bounce off of that. It generally depends.
Let's see how the group grows organically. I'd say that if teams do indeed begin forming within the group, then I'd want an announcement about team formations. Something similar to, "htriber started a team, recruiting peeps from pug group!" or "killd0zer started team, need one more member! would prefer pug group!"
I'd like if all team members can join this group, even if they're not original members. I trust our members to make that decision.
