Peptobismal's Server (Dallas, TX) 500fps

Okay, so, I have added a few new plugins for the server. I got really tired of trying to enforce English only on the server. It's in Dallas so of course it's going to get more diversity in language from south of the border. So, rather than dealing with it I added a Country Filter. This currently allows only US and Canada to join. If you are finding yourself unable to connect after this change please tell me.

Also, added a Black and White Notifier, reason for this people that don't use mics or just don't speak up.

Other than that I don't believe there have been any new changes to plugins. Oh crap, I almost forgot... I got a secondary server to throw all the Resident Evil maps and stuff on to. This server remains untouched except for those maps being added on, I will be using this server to add all the silly plugins people keep bringing up like Perk Mod, yadda, yadda.

I have more maps to add, but I am trying to avoid adding anything else map wise until I have a finished website up.
