Yeah........about TF2

Umm, I have a slight issue with TF2 at the moment. I am using Mac but since the last update TF2 has been running so pixelated it's just ridiculous. The screen is blurry when I play and writing appears unreadable. It's llike the resolution just plummeted but this seems to be happening to a lot of Mac users. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this? Thanks and remember to invite as many friends here as you can.
