The Penumbra Trading Association, ot the PE.TR.A, is a group dedicated to trading CS:GO skins, TF2 items, cards, and whatever else you can think of. At the time, only a few games are associated with this group, but we're open to suggestions. We're hoping to open a TF2 server by the end of 2020.
