Just documenting my research.
The doctor will speak in two rounds, referred to as round 1 and 2.

Correct Patient Speech Composition
Round 1 Common (90%): e => aa => bb => dd => hr
Round 1 Rare (10%): e => aa => dd => cc
Round 2A (50%): g => ee => ff
Round 2B (50%): g => ee => hr

Incorrect Patient A Speech Composition
Round 1: e => not a => hr
Round 2: g => not a => not

Incorrect Patient B Speech Composition
Round 1: e => not b => not hr
Round 2: g => not b

Legend

Simplest approach
Round 1, listen for toxin/venom/advanced disassociative drugs in blood/bloodstream.
Round 2, highly contagious, to isolate and keep testing OR heart rate.
Not related, but correct patient has tattoo, seeable from outside Ward C. Even if patient doesn't have, it makes guessing chance increase from 33% to 50%.

ff4: Airborne + isolation

not b: Responding well, don't have to stay long, recovering, will be ok, confident fully recovered, will recover soon.

not a: Talking about types of symptoms

not: Neutral or positive response

Most likely some bad scripting in there.

It should run multiple times, that's how the level designers usually does it. I won't be looking further, CaptainAlpha asked me for some details (to speedrun), most likely in stealth so I just did a quick look.

Killing any PEOC guard will spawn x1 reinforcement within 20 to 40 seconds, happens only one time. Dominating however, will not trigger the reinforcement.
20200526 - Rechecked the scripts. Only on "death", so dominating will have no reinforcement. I should have rechecked revnant's comment on this back then.

Yes, this is correct. Might be a mistake by level designers.

Press room x1 will always spawn.
Otherwise, 2/3, VH-/OVK+
The extra guard that spawns on OVK+ is the one that patrols around the first area, and never enters the inner Roosevelt room area.

OH WAIT! My bad! I got confused with "Toggle off:" vs "TRIGGER TIMES 1".

So going back to "Execute:", I believe it ignores "Toggle off:" options only.

In RVD day 2's case, the elevator ambush will always happen (3 conditions) while windows ambush has 50% chance to happen. I'll update that.

Edit: Nevermind I'm confused again. Going by code, the elevator ambush should start 1.5 seconds after walking into the area but it only happens after Brown is shot. Need to test more.

I believe in that too. But when I play-tested yesterday, I triggered the elevator ambush by walking there and the windows ambush didn't take place. I will test again.

Just a quick question, not sure if you can answer, else I'll ask Frankelstner.

For codes with "Execute 1", if 1 option is disabled, will the other option be called?

Example:

Because the elevator can either be activated by: 1) Player walking into area, 2) chosen by random_ambush or 3) It will happen anyway 90-120 seconds after alarm goes.

I doubt disabled options can be called otherwise day 1's pink crash will be messed up.

Hardcoded area is ´area_escape002´, with van at (-2049.51, -5384.0, 186.054).
Other van not appearing is ´area_escape001´, with van at (-5925.0, -5400.0, 278.0).

I have no idea where that is in-game though, unless I have a mod that shows player coords and I walk there.
