anywhere can be a party when u have a party Hat on!

*Be a regular player on tf2. If you want to play competitively, as a guideline you should be playing tf2 or at least be on steam at a minimum once every 3 days. If you are not around to scrim / practice it is unlikely that you will play in competition - Inactive players will be warned, and then removed.

*Have a party hat avatar which has the general shape of a party hat. You are not required to wear it full-time but at least when you are pub stacking and warring/scrimming.

*Wear the [pH] tag whenever you are playing tf2

*Have a regular attendance and availability for scrims/practices which can be fairly spontaneous.

*Sign up for GA and ozfortress ASAP. This includes any future ladders we might be joining (unlikely).

*Be hard-working and cooperative during practices/scrims/wars. i.e. be open to suggestions from other members and take orders from the captains.

*Have mumble installed and ready to go so you can sign in for pracs/wars/scrims. Can be downloaded from http://mumble.sourceforge.net/

*Have a mic... (obviously)

Once you think u can do all this make a post in Applications at http://partyhats.swoit.as/ saying your name, age, location, strongest class/es, a link to your SteamID, days u play the most and anything else you would like us to know about yourselves.
