The junta now makes preparations to return Paradas to constitutional rule, but the presence of radicals both on the left and the right complicate the process. In this malleable state, the fate of Paradas rests in the hands of the ambitious. Will the nation come to prosper under new philosophies, or will it be doomed to repeat the mistakes of its past?
