关于 Oil Rush

Oil Rush is a real-time naval strategy game based on group control. It combines the strategic challenge of a classical RTS with the sheer fun of tower defense.

You can buy it on Desura, Steam, Ubuntu Software Center, and Ungine.com. Retail editions are handled by Iceberg Interactive in Europe. For those of you with consoles, a PlayStation 3 version is coming soon as well. Interest in a mobile phone version has been talked about, but no such evidence of concept has shown up as of yet.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS |

-- Minimum: 2 GHz dual-core CPU, 1GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce 8600 or ATI Radeon HD 2600 or better.

-- Recommended: 2.5GHz dual-core CPU, 2GB RAM, and an NVIDIA GTX 460 or ATI Radeon HD 4850 or better.

This group is for fans of the game to join, chat with others, discuss, and share ideas or find friends to play with.

**NOTE** Another Oil Rush group exists, but the admin has not been seen or heard from in quite some time, from what I understand. I made this as a replacement now that the game is out, to try and give some people an outlet to have some fun with the game. The group is open and available for anyone to join and invite friends to.

CHANGES:

- Proofread texts for campaign.
- Fixed music fading after restore.
- Fixed wrong message timings after restore.
- DirectX 10 API is cut out from the launcher.

TOWER DEFENSE DLC FIXES:

- Fixed winning condition for DLC map: "Blind defense".
- Changed skill descriptions being too long in the German build.

Unigine today released their first DLC for Oil Rush, called the Tower Defense Map Pack, featuring the following...

- 5 challenging Tower Defense maps with relentless waves of furious enemies.
- A completely new game experience – Tower Defense multiplayer co-op for up to 3 players.
- Brand new Technology tree makes completely new strategies possible.
- New unit: Raider’s Catamaran – great for fast hit-and-run strikes.
- New tower: Heavy Mortar Turret – the ultimate in naval defense.

This DLC is available via the Unigine Store and Steam, with the Desura release most likely coming soon as well.

For those who are new to the game, for $24.99 a bundle pack can be purchased that includes the game itself, the Tower Defense DLC, and the epic soundtrack by Russian artist Paralyzah.
