Oceania DE, meaning Oceania Double Enjoyers is a group made for competent curve Billy's within the Oceanic region who primarily used double engravings BEFORE the Billy rework. Doubles has now been removed from his kit, but iri (red) engraving is the new wave.. also open for skilled Billy's in other regions
