Version 1.02

An update to O3DX has been released. The update will be applied automatically when you restart O3DX. The Updates include a major addition to the controls as well as minor suggestions and bug fixes for feedback we received from all of you. Thank you so much!

RELEASE NOTES

Improved the design of Level 2 .
Fixed the controller support on Windows.
Resolved the angular drag issues that affected some vehicles.
Reset TimeScale when game starts.
Add KeyboardControls to Info menu.
Removed lock on maximum allowed frames per seconds.
Updated the splash screen with new image.
Updated game icon with new image.
Improved barrel physics. All barrels will now respond correctly to physics.
Add a Quit Button in the top right corner of screen.
Updated Menu to be Keyboard controlled (using “a” and “d” or “left" and “right” arrows to navigate through the menu.
InGame GUI has fully Keyboard Controlling capability.
Added Sound adjustment functionality while In game.
Updated Keyboard controls helper to show new keyboard controls.
Disabled all engine sounds of vehicle when level has been completed.
Disable cheats when typing in the input box window.

O3DX Alpha now live

After an intense development cycle O3DX is now ready for the public in the form of a Steam Early access Alpha release. We had a successful Indiegogo campaign followed by a brief and powerful Greenlight campaign in which we achieved 7th position overall out of thousands of games on Greenlight. THANK YOU to everyone who supported us through this process. The game is far better because of you. Your support provided us with the momentum we needed to bring us to this phase.

What is O3DX?
O3DX is an offroad racing and physics obstacle game with a whole new approach. It blends the fun factor and playability of side scroller racing games with the artistic splendour of free roam full 3d games that utilise cinematic camera angles. O3DX is the first game to employ this new type of genre.

How much does it cost?
The price of the game will be $14.99 but it will be available in Early Access at a discounted rate of $9.99.

What platform are you on?
We are using the latest version of Valve’s Source Engine for PC and Mac OS X. We also have plans to eventually support Linux.

If I purchased early access do I also get the ‘official’ version?
Yes! Everyone who purchased Early Access has the game and will recieve all future updates.

How complete is the Alpha?
The game is finished and ready to launch. We want this brief Alpha phase to discover any remaining bugs and get your feedback. If any feature request is in high demand we will add it to the game before the launch. Please try it out and let us know what you think.
