Neotokyo:Revamp

Gathering efforts to remake Neotokyo:Source into a newer Source 2 version.
The first phase of rewriting the game into SDK 2013 has started.

The main goal is to recreate the exact same game, without too many noticeable changes other than bug fixes.
Further down the line, some enhancements might be implemented but it all depends on the human ressources available.
