First of all, I will refer on this post about Dota2 Ranked games.
You run Steam client, open Dota2 client and click on the search button "Find Ranked Games" and the engine starts for finding other 4 players for you around same MMR. So far so good. After the engine finds you 4 other players for your ad hoc formed team, you click "ACCEPT" and you're in the the game. A period of 30 seconds will be displayed for banning heroes that you don't want to be picked in the game.

1. His profile name. Examples : mid or feed, road to 3k mmr etc.
   
2. His banned choise. Examples if he banned a hero that didn't get buff by last updates. You can verify updates by accessing this link Website link
   
3. His Dota2 profile lvl is less than 60.
   
4. He has less than 1000 games.
   
5. He has less than 1500 hours of Dota2 played on his Steam account.
   
6. He speaks in other languages. Examples: ♥♥♥♥, AY-REE FEE-K, YA KHA-RA etc.
   
7. He speaks a lot and spam, stupid words not related, he swears you apparently for no reason.
   
8. He points instantly middle lane even if someone else already did that before him.
   
9. He picks a non middle hero and he goes directly to middle lane.
   
10. He afk is killed before the timer reach min 00:00.
    
11. He comes middle lane to share experience and gold with you, as dual midler.
    
12. He doesn't have any argue for his actions/picks/ban etc.
    
13. He goes afk after somebody elese takes bounty rune before the game starts.
    
14. He sells his items they buy shadow amulet and he goes afk.
    
15. He starts feeding couriers or kills after somebody from his team did something that he doesn't like. Example : taking runes, controling the courier even that person had items on the courier before him, not healing him on time if a team member is playing support/healer role and he's not fighting with him under the oposite team towers for suicide himself and the entire team.
    
16. At the end of the game he has less than 300 GPM / XPM as core hero.
