To be not toxic, means to have control over your desires, the desire to be toxic is innate, yet we are not animals, hence instincts are not something we put in front. To be not toxic, means to be happy, since you understand capability of your words, and a tongue with no master, is a mad dog with no muzzle. To be not toxic, is to know you haven't harmed anyone, so, you are happier from that. To be not toxic, is to know you have control over yourself, so, you are stronger from that.
