Swearing is a sin!

If you don't like swearing and hearing people swear, then this is the perfect group for you! Swearing is a sin and you can go to hell for it! Posting swears in our discussions or group wall will increase your chances of going to hell for it is a sin.

As quoted from Ephesians 4:29, "Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen."
This shows that swearing is completely unnecessary and we should only let words out of our mouths that can be used for the benefits of others and not to dehumanize others through such foul language.

Here is another passage on the topic of swearing as stated in the bible by Peter in 1 Peter 3:10. "For, whoever would love life and see good days must keep his tongue from evil and his lips from deceitful speech." This one is self-explanatory.

And last but not least, James 3:9-12 summarizes the issue: "With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in God's likeness. Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers, this should not be. Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring? My brothers, can a fig tree bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Neither can a salt spring produce fresh water."
