New World Order 7D2D

New World Order has been in operation all year round since late 2014. This is a pvp no-raiding server. The server is up 24/7/365 unless downtime is stated or upon retiring a server that has been unpopulated for at least 3 weeks. The server is restarted every 6 hours. The play world is backed up every 30 mins to two separate hard drives with the last 100 saves stored. If you put in time here know that your progress is safe. The server will never be wiped or killed without speaking to active players. Everyone is welcome and we strive for fair and balanced play regarding world settings, items, vehicles, or in-game events. Movements are logged. Cheaters will be easily found out and dealt with. Rage quitting is not needed as any situation can be addressed. Regulars or players that donate to the server will not be treated any differently than non-donating or new players.

BLOODBATH WEEKEND STARTS NOW

Been thinking the server is winding down? Been thinking you've had enough? Been thinking about settling for 10K-15K kills instead of 20K for server carry over rewards? Think again.
Zombie world spawn count increased.
Zombie game difficulty set to 0 instead of 4.
Slaughter zombies just by breathing on them till 9pm EST 8/24.
Players that reach 40K kills will get credit for an additional 20K server reward.

POSSIBLE NEW UPDATE ISSUES

Nobody panic! I don't know if we dodged a bullet with only having 1 crash after the update, but the update is breaking game saves all over the place online and has been reported that saves before the update aren't compatible with the fixes applied by the update. I am reading lots of servers are having to start over fresh and they obviously are upset. So, I really don't have any answers. It kind of sounds like if the save hangs or gets corrupted by a pre-update issue, I may be able to roll back and launch again. Then it may last hours/days/weeks before it crashes hard and I have to rollback again. This may be the way if we are not wiping. There are also other downsides to this reality. Really has me thinking about waiting till after the first patch or hotfix drops next time before I host when a major update hits. That's all I have right now. We may be just fine. I'm not asking for opinions or calling for a vote right now about wiping lol Fun Pimps need to get their ♥♥♥♥ together.
