You can either use mIRC (http://www.mirc.com/) or Webchat (http://webchat.quakenet.org/). or http://quassel-irc.org/

mIRC Guide:
Download and Install.
Options > Connect. Set your Nickname.
Options > Connect > Servers. Select QuakeNet.
Connect.
/join #NADIHL

Create an account/qauth:

/msg Q HELLO youremail@address youremail@address
Follow the instructions to get your password.
/msg Q@CServe.quakenet.org AUTH username password
Check if you are successfully authed: /msg Q whoami
Change your password: /msg Q@CServe.quakenet.org NEWPASS oldpassword newpassword newpassword

Set up your Perform for automation:

Options > Connect > Options > Perform...
Check "Enable perform on connect"
Add Quakenet to your Network dropdown (or just use All Networks if you never use other servers)
Perform commands:
/auth username password
/join #NADIHL

Anyone who wants to play in the in-house must be in the NA Dota In-house Channel before hand. Those in the channel will take priority over other players when creating/joining in-house leagues.

Only vouched members are allowed to create/join games. Game Mode should always be -cm, with map on Tournament version. When hosting a game please post it in the channel first, the first 10 players that sign secure thier spots.
