10-20 tours will be paid 0 ref a month (so that you can build your tours)
21-30 tours will be paid .33 ref a month
31-40 tours will be paid .66 ref a month
41-50 tours will be paid 1 ref a month
51-60 tours will be paid 1.11 ref a month
and so on i am sure you get the point :D payment is to encourage people to play

1. have fun
2. your or the volinteer must have a ticket
3. if volinteer is busy or being used please inform Waedablea to avoid scam
4. if volinteer uses their ticket you must pay them one scrap
5. please pay the ticket to the volinteers BEFORE the tour begans
6. if they have completed that tour inform Waedablea and he will set you up with someone who hasn't
7. if the volinteer has left the party inform Waedablea so he can refund you
