My master wrote a wonderful guide detailing how anyone with just a pc and internet can get setup for trade holds and in 7 days have no restrictions on their account:

Because of this my phone number associated with my account will be changing and thus the 7 day countdown will reset :(. To be more clear I won't be able to trade again for 7 more days. But that will give you the same time to get setup too!
