Dedicated to reviving RAID: World War II

Liberation Day Event *UPDATE*

Hello Raiders!

In Germany, the 8th of May is known as "Tag der Befreiung vom Nationalsozialismus" which means "Liberation from Nazism Day". This date is also known as "Victory in Europe Day", "Victory Over Fascism Day", "Victory Day" or simply "Liberation Day".
Depending on your country, you may know this day by a different name or not at all, or even celebrate it on 9th of May due to timezone differences and such, as hostilities had only ceased by 23:01 (11:01 PM) CET.

However, this is not a history lesson and the details are not as important as the meaning this anniversary holds. Today, people all over the world remember and celebrate what marked the end of 12 years of global terror and tragedies that should never be forgotten.

For that reason, I would like to invite you to a small community event in RAID: World War II, starting today.

Since we don't really have the means to do anything like an ingame event, this will be fairly simple:

What is it about?
Just play RAID and have fun. Or don't - that's fine as well, you can still join. We will simply have a lottery and everyone has the chance to win a game key.

What can I win?
We will pick up to 5 winners who will be able to choose to get a steam key from a list of indie titles. If anyone wishes to contribute more to the prize pool, feel free to contact me and I will update the list and increase the amount of winners (if we actually have participants, that is).

Are there any rules?
Yeah, just a few:

• Only one prize per person. You may comment multiple times of course.
  
• We reserve all rights to disqualify people if we deem it necessary. This mostly boils down to the next point:
  
• Must have been a member of this group before this announcement was published *or* have a non-private profile that is beyond doubt of being a fake (which will have to be decided individually if necessary).
  
• The comment may be anything but must not contain any links or inappropriate content, including but not limited to racism, sexism, violence or similar topics.
