Because of recent confusing regarding the terms and conditions of the title of "Emperor" the need for a simple guide has been felt by many of the employees of Moose and Pickles Moonbases and More and in an unusal act of thoughtfulness we. the Emperors, have decided to fulfil this unreasonable request. The terms are as follows:
1. The new area of land must be located in the south western quadrent of Pickleland, and be no larger then 4.2 km by 8.6 km.
2. No building may have more then four stories, with each story being no more then two-hundred and forty inches tall. The only exception for this is in the special case of the capital building of the new micro-empire, which can have as many as eleven stories.
3. There must always be some form of flag or symbol of Pickleland visable at all times. There is, and never will be, an exception to this last and most important of terms.
