Quick question, if I wanted to add a new music soundtrack to a mod, how would I go about doing it?

And I would prefer to not screw up the base game for myself and everyone else...

Alright my modders. I am creating something I am calling, "The Community Patch." It has a discussion for it. In short, I am taking suggestions for gameplay tweaks. NOT for new nations, but for tweaks. You can see some examples of what those may be like in the discussion.
