2023-03-19 Server is running on 1.19.4

It took two changes to stabilize the server.

The first change was moving to an experimental version of Paper 1.19.4.

The second change was optimizing the worlds. Optimization updates the chunk versions, which means that the server does not need to do terrain updates during runtime.

A few mods are still not running, but the server seems stable.

I am expecting more updates to come, both for the plugins, and for the server software.

PS - we did lose a chunk near the new castle development. It seems to have been replaced with a big square of snow. I hope nothing important was damaged.
