-Owner: Everything
-Officers: Create and Edit group events, group annoucements, choose the Player of the Week, Make Chatroom public or private, ban users from the group chatroom.
-Moderators: Kick Users from Chat, Delete Comments.
-All Members: Invite New Group Members, invite guest to group chatroom when private, add comments.
