Day of Defeat 3.1 is back again.. Yes the very first release EVER of day of defeat. Check it out. All you need is Half Life 1 to play. They are even starting a league for teams to play against each other

HOW TO INSTALL-EXACT COPY FROM WEBSITE
Guys, it works, there are plenty of people playing and it is really easy to install thanks to wickit's custom installer that does all the hard work for you. It runs with Steam too, so you don't need to remember the old way of logging in.

We played a 9v9 for a few maps yesterday and it felt so good it wasn't even funny. I remembered instantly why I didn't get any sleep for 2 years of my life!

It is really easy to install, just do the following:

1. Delete and previous 3.1 folders you may have had.
2. Download this file: http://dod.wippiespace.com/dod31_4_steam.exe
3. Point it to your C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam Apps\Your Name\Half Life\ folder.
4. Load up Steam
5. Enjoy.

That simple.

We have a forum and two private servers. We are looking into getting an official server really soon.

There are currently 4 servers running at the moment that i see and they need some players in them. I say we go back to the old days and give this game a try. Its got better hit registry MORE weapons. the original weapons. Better custom maps because they are the originals. Not remakes.

I even like the whole league idea but maybe after cal season. Since no one even shows up for that....

But give it a try. Kustom Kettle is back up if any of u remember them.
