Robbing banks has become a much harder endeavour now that the member 'Crab Jelly' has joined our heists. Civilians are now not responding to threats to get down and shut up, as they realise their fate has already been sealed at the site of Crab Jelly.

Citizens of Payday would rather risk their life and phone the police in front of you, knowing that if help does not come, they will eat a grenade. They realise some of the Payday gang cannot be bought with gold, cash or cocaine. Some crabs just want to watch the bank burn.

I suggest we stop all heists until Crab Jelly learns that grenades are not the answer.
