we're still kicking (barely), but i think it's time to make this server a bit more bearable and stable than ever:

- greatly decreased total server content download size from 7.8GB to ~1.9GB
- maps are now only downloaded whenever they are loaded on the server

- added lots of new maps
- added map voting at the end of the match
- added max payne 1 weapons and models
- buffed hl2 weapons (hl2dm damage values)
- switched from loud csgo headshot sounds to cs 1.6 headshot sounds
- frag limit is now dynamic: changes based on number of players
- fixed clientside CHudDamageInfo console spam when dead
- fixed ammo counter HUD not showing up on cs 1.6 weapons
- fixed serious sam flamethrower spewing clientside errors when burning players
- fixed goldeneye guns making clientside errors when a player dies during weapon reloading
- fixed spawnkill protection abuse; mouse1 or mouse2 inputs will instantly get rid of it
- removed lots of unused content (ps2 hats, beta props...)
- removed gta lcs models
- removed darken's scifi weapons
- removed tfa cso weapons
- removed tfa halo weapons
- removed gluk weapons
- removed vj base and dependant npcs
