Matte's Mod

This is the steam page for the Matte's Mod clan. If you have been playing on this server and like it, you can join our community.
If you think you were banned for no reason, or you think you have changed, post an appeal on this page, or message one of the admins.

NOTE TO ADMINS: Do not change the map on any of the build servers!

(Build #2: 62.101.223.38:27015 -- not currently up)

The Test server's IP and port is:
62.101.223.38:27018 (we are currently testing our own gamemode)

Server not responding issues fixed!

Ever since I started with Linux, the server has had a tendency to stop responding after 30 minutes or so. I think this was happening because of the multiple desktop feature in Debian. If a desktop remains inactive for a few minutes, the programs running on it are deprioritized. Since I had my VMs on different screens, the Garry's Mod one would go inactive a lot, which caused the server to stop responding.

I think I may have fixed the issue now by simply putting all my VMs on the same desktop. If you see the server not responding, please notify me so that i can have a look.

Yeah, there's usually activity every afternoon. At least on the normal server. The arena server isn't quite as popular, but it does get played on.

Nobody plays on the server anymore (cause i took it down, ha-ha), and me and Matte don't even play Garrysmod anymore. So yeah, it's kinda dead.

I've made a couple of TF2 servers in the Matte's Mod name though if people want me to post the IPs.
