Creating a solid CS:GO playerbase for matchmaking

I'm inviting people who create a positive experience when you play matchmaking in CS:GO with them. Ideally this will create a wealth of people that group members can invite to their lobbies so that they don't have to soloqueue and get randoms.

People that want to be in this group group should meet these expectations:
-Has a microphone, clearly speaks English
-Lives in North America
-Approaches matchmaking games with a serious attitude
-Aspires to improve their skill and their rank
-Additionally aspires to improve those that they play with

Minimum rank accepted in the system is Master Guardian Elite in order to assure that people have at least intermediate gamesense and FPS mechanics.
