I took the liberty of a new team design, a TOTAL team desing overhaul. (inspired by hollowman[Patrick]).

So, I saw a PA+Io combo from EG and it is the strongest early game i've seen for pa. Honestly, this could be a viable strategy to ensure that PA becomes useful really early, and then snowballs incredibly hard late game. Arteezy went PMS to boots to aquila to orb of venom. This build combined with the agility buff makes PA a scary hero even in early game. I honestly think we can utilize this. If this game is on youtube, look it up. It's amazing.
