Because WHO NEEDS A CPU AND A GPU CEPERATELLY!
Now,
This Build,is not the Cheapest of The 3APU builds,
In fact,it is the Decent Middle set Solution

-CPU
AMD RYZEN 3 2200G

A quite Decent Cpu,pairred with Radeon Vega 8 Graphics Is the most basic
part of this build,You will not require an extra GPU since,the Vega 8 intergrated Graphics will do the job just fine
Notice that,As of January 2019 This system will be able to support Many
Famous and Trending games played Right As I Speak,That is if you are willing
to Sacrifice Image Quality in order to raise Gameplay Quality
That being said most games Prior to 2015(If not all of them)
Will be able to run Extremely suficiently,at 1080p on High and Ultra settings

Continuing with the
-MOTHERBOARD
any decent Low price Motherboard should do for that
But,be careful as there is a catch(Isnt there always?)
The Bios installed with the Motherboard will have to be updated so that it
can host the 2000series APU
Now for poeple reading this after Q1 2019 I Imagine this will not be a problem
as most stores will have the Compatible Motherboards
The Motherboards that are Indeed Compatible with the APU's
Will rock a sweet subtle Sticker on the box "2000 Series Ready''

-RAM
Should be 2sticks of 4gb DDR4,Alternatively if you want to further "future proof" your System it Could be 2sticks of 8gb DDR4
A quick Notice is that the APU will use RAM memory as Vram

-PSU
You cannot afford going cheap on a PSU,firstly,a good PSU will be your trusty friend on your Rig even when you decide to join the PC MASTER RACE
A 500W 80plus PSU will do the work,and you will not have to worry for a
replacement in the years to come

-FLASH MEMORY
Jealous of your friends rocking an straight SSD system?
You gag when you hear the word "HDD"?
Bad news for you Friend the games destined to run on your System do not require an SSD to "unlock its full potential and minimize loading times"
A 500GB HDD sounds like a great start,Even though with a few more $$ you can go with 1TB Drive,Dont go too fancy,An old and faithful WD will suffice!

No,Forget the Razer case,Forget the Cougar Panzer cases,Forget a good looking case at all,if you can go as cheap as 20$ YOU ARE AWESOME
the hole point of this Build is a Low Budget,"Grower Not Shower" system
And according to Studies from the University of Oxford,
A good looking case doesnt make your System Better,It only makes it Prettier!

-Screen
Go crazy,The games you will play should run at 1080p
Even though 720p will allow you to MAX the settings and Possibly hit
That '60FPS' you always dreamed of! Most games allow you to change the Screen Resolution so you should be fine!
